  8. As a standard business practice I preview homes as they become available (some times before they are even on the market), keeping you apprised of market conditions as they evolve. As I preview a property, I am sensitive to its natural light, breezes, potential of impairment by neighboring properties/situations, floor plan design, any observable obsolescence and trying my best to look through my client's eyes. I won't waste your time - when an offer is made, I'll require acceptance or a counter offer within 24 to 48 hours. Please note there are those rare times that patience is more beneficial than instilling a artificial time pressure.  In dealing with older clients or those whom have advisors, it some time takes more time as more people have involved and all want to make an informed decision.
